How long does your cold brew last?
Please refer to the product page for the individual shelf life of each beverage.
How do I make payment?
We accept cash upon delivery of the product, and/or Paynow is acceptable as well.
How do I cancel my membership?
Do contact us directly through email or WhatsApp to let us know of any modification or changes to your plan a week in advance.
Do you recycle your bottles?
We accept recycled bottles at a price of SGD 0.50 each, we will deduct this against your future purchase.
Do contact us two days beforehand for collection.
We will re-use the bottles for purposes such as for art projects and etc, which will be disclosed on social media feeds.
Do you offer gift cards?
We are currently not offering gift cards at the moment but would love to do so in the near future.

What is your return policy?
Cold Brew Beverages are perishable and our drink is made on-demand, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee.
If there was an error with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within two days of your purchase.
We will do our utmost best to serve you as soon as possible.
How does your delivery work?
It takes us up to 23 hours to brew our beverages. Hence, we will need at least up to two days to deliver the beverage to you. Our delivery timing is between 10 am to 2 pm daily.

What is the cost of delivery?
For total orders that amount to $40 and above, delivery is free-of-charge.
Delivery fees of $5 will be charged for amounts lower than stated in the above.
